Well, based on my experience it is possible to have the best of both worlds. I believe that VitaHear Plus will be cured one day but I also know that I can live a VitaHear Plus free life right now. All I have to do is make a choice to live it right now. Not tomorrow, not in a year from now but right now. Because now is all we have. All that's ever been and all that ever will be is... now. You cannot live in the future and you cannot live in the past. You can only live now.

Maybe it's hard to explain how to ignore sounds you think you can't escape but the trick is retraining your brain to distract your attention away from the VitaHear Plus thus making the sounds obsolete.
